Exchange and Return Policy

Due to the personalized nature of hair extension services and to ensure that we can maintain the highest standards of quality and exclusivity that our clients expect from us, we cannot accept exchanges or returns after 14 days of receiving your order. In order to complete a return or exchange, the hair must be unused, in its original packaging with the twist tie and cording still intact. 

If a return or exchange is needed and your hair meets the above requirements, please email info@silxglobal.com with "EXCHANGE" or "RETURN" + "Order #xxxx" in the subject line and details in the body of the email.

We are confident in the quality of our products and stand behind the craftsmanship and materials that we use. All of our hair extensions are inspected and tested before they are shipped to ensure that they meet our high standards.
